Customers do not need FTP
Setting up an FTP server, creating a new login for each of your customer isn't necessary with Transmit. Simply share a link to your dropbox and they will be able to upload files to your immediately - and directly onto your server allowing you or your colleagues to fetch these files from a local network share.
